Q: How quickly can I hire a caregiver?
A: Caregivers can begin work within 24 hours. In emergency we can place assistance in a few hours.

Q: Can I interview a caregiver?
A: Yes. If your caregiver does not fulfill your needs, we will be happy to assist you based on your needs and interests.

Q: Are employees bonded and insured?
A: Angel's Care At Home Services are insured, provides both general liability insurance and professional liability insurance.

Q: How are you paid for your services?
A: Medicare or Medicaid does not pay for our services. We bill the client or the responsible party from our office twice per month. We do not accept credit cards.

Q: Do your caregivers drive?
A: Yes. We do have caregivers who drive and some with their own cars. Please be sure to request a driver if you need one. Transportation (2 hours minimum) - $18.00 per hour + $0.50 per mile.

Q: After the caregiver has been placed, do you visit your clients?
A: Yes. We visit our clients every month to make sure that you are satisfied with our services.

Q: Can I request to change my caregiver?
A: Yes. We will make every effort to provide you with a caregiver who is compatible with you. You are in charge.

Q: Could you explain about your home repair services?
A: By your request, we will assess what needs to be repaired and we will send professionals to your home. We can provide you with affordable and quality services.

Q: Do services cost more on weekends?
A: Not, they do not.

Q: Am I responsible for providing meals for the home caregivers?
A: For live-in caregivers, clients provide full room and meal. Live-out caregivers bring their own food unless the family requests otherwise.
